All content on the Site — including the books, cover art, excerpts, text, images, and the names The Atlantean Awakening, The Unfed Light, The Beacon, and The Threshold is the property of Stephen P. Haskell and/or Argo Adventures Press, LLC, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from any of this content without prior written permission.

Products, Orders & Pricing

• We try to describe and price our products accurately, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel an order affected by them.
• Prices and availability may change without notice.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Payment

Payments are processed securely. By placing an order you authorize us and our processor to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship physical products to the United States / U.S. and Canada. Estimated delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Digital products (such as eBooks) are delivered electronically. Access or download instructions will be provided after purchase.

Digital Products & License

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute digital products, or remove any copyright notices.

Returns & Refunds

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original condition; refunds are issued to the original payment method. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of eBooks and other digital items are final unless the item is defective.

Disclaimers

The books and other creative content offered through the Site are works of fiction intended for entertainment. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, medical, psychological, financial, or other advice. The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Argo Adventures Press, LLC and Stephen P. Haskell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
